We’re seeking a Senior Apparel Designer to work closely with the Creative Director to craft stylish, modern collections. This role requires a balance of trend awareness and timeless design, ensuring each piece resonates with today’s fashion-conscious consumer.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead Creative Vision & Execution – Design and develop a high volume of new styles monthly, maintaining innovation and variety.

• Trend Research & Concept Development – Stay ahead of emerging fashion and digital trends (Instagram, TikTok, runways).

• Technical & Production Expertise – Create sketches, CADs, and tech packs; oversee sample development, fit sessions, and final production.

• Fabric & Material Selection – Source premium fabrics and trims that align with the brand's aesthetic and quality standards.

• Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with internal teams and overseas manufacturers to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in contemporary or young contemporary fashion.

• Strong knowledge of patternmaking, garment construction, and tech packs.

• Ability to translate high-fashion trends into high-quality, wearable designs.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
