Mackenzie has more than 10 years of experience within the fashion industry. She has worked for cult-followed brands, such as Reformation and FRAME, gaining true insight into what it takes to run a well-known and fast-growing company. Her experience working cross-departmentally within these brands has given her extensive knowledge of the inner workings of each role and helped build out her incredible network.

Her true passion is networking and helping others find their dream roles. Naturally, that’s what lead her to recruiting. She enjoys learning about new companies, meeting new people, and discovering more about their experiences and what they are looking for in their next opportunity. "There is no better feeling than matching the perfect client and candidate together. You can tell when it happens.”

Mackenzie and Jamie first crossed paths in 2015. Finally, in 2019, they began working together and realized they shared the same love for recruiting while doing so with the utmost honesty and integrity.

Jamie & Mackenzie set themselves apart from the traditional recruiting style as they learned quickly that they both felt recruiting was more than just a job; it was and continues to be their passion. Recruiting the right way, doing the right thing for all parties has always been a priority, even if means walking away from making money.

Mackenzie has played an integral role in the business as the company's first employee and creative visionary. She defined the company best when repeatedly sharing how important it is to her that we partner with our clients instead of just being a one-off vendor. A light bulb went off, and the name PRTNR was a no-brainer; it tied in their beliefs, values, passion for recruiting, and goals for the future.

Mackenzie is originally from South Florida but currently lives in Venice, CA. She’s constantly traveling and exploring the outdoors. You can find her on a bike, in the water, or snowboarding in Mammoth.

Sarah established herself as a menswear designer in
New York, for notable Men’s brands, including Nautica, under David Chu, GANT, and Hickey Freeman. She learned the broader fashion business as she designed, sourced, and collaborated with cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, sourcing, and finance to build beautiful collections at the right price. She carries this ethos and insight into recruiting with a bespoke approach that tailors the client’s wishes to achieve and reconcile their objectives with those of the candidate. Sarah prides herself in identifying and placing talent. She starts with the senior leadership and fills in the tree branches to create successful, high-functioning teams. Sarah relocated back to her home country, the UK, in 2021. New York will always have a special place in her heart as she always enjoyed strolling through Central Park with friends and trying new cuisines and restaurants to take her tastebuds for trips around the world on a plate. Sarah has family around the US and often visits NY, LA, and Chicago.

As employee number three, Sarah is bringing her international relationships across the pond. PRTNR has gone GLOBAL!

Stacy is a true connector, skilled at finding top talent for clients and candidates. After working as a wholesale account executive in NYC, she discovered her passion for recruiting, merging her love for people and fashion.  

Since then, Stacy has expanded her book of business, building strong relationships across North America and into the UK. She consistently provides clients with exceptional candidates and unique opportunities.  

Stacy brings over fifteen years of recruiting and client relations expertise, earning her a reputation as one of the most respected and highly regarded recruiters in the fashion and lifestyle space. Known for her exceptional ability to connect top talent with renowned brands, she has become a trusted resource for companies seeking to elevate their teams. Stacy’s unwavering commitment to quality and her deep industry relationships set a benchmark for excellence in recruitment.

Her motto, "Let's Make Moves!" reflects her proactive approach and ability to inspire those around her. Stacy values the relationships she's cultivated over the years, many of which have blossomed into close friendships. Known for her authenticity and directness, she always tells it like it is.

As the fourth employee, Stacy plays a crucial role in PRTNR’s growth. She contributes her industry expertise while staying true to shared values. She’s thrilled to work alongside this dream team.

Originally from New Jersey, Stacy balances a thriving recruiting career with a close-knit family life alongside her husband, two young boys, and their dog. She values the importance of maintaining cherished family traditions and creating lasting memories while continuing to excel in her profession.
