As a key liaison between merchandising, factories, and retail partners, you'll drive accuracy and efficiency in garment development.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Create comprehensive tech packs with precise sketches, construction details, and measurement guidelines.

  • Conduct in-depth garment evaluations, document fit notes from live model sessions, and provide clear revisions to overseas manufacturers.

  • Partner with internal teams to align on fit, function, and aesthetics for a seamless production process.

  • Monitor timelines, oversee sample tracking (fit, pre-production), and ensure adherence to development schedules.

  • Maintain consistency in grading rules and sizing standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Apparel, or a related field.

  • 5-10 years of experience in apparel technical design, specializing in woven categories.

  • Strong knowledge of import production processes.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Excel for technical updates.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
