Senior Operations Manager

We seek an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead key operational initiatives, including new store rollouts, 3PL warehouse management, and team leadership across operations and customer service. This role is needed in the office Monday through Friday and is not negotiable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and execute new store openings, ensuring seamless operational launch and execution.

  • Manage and optimize 3PL warehouse operations, improving efficiency and processes.

  • Lead and develop a team across operations and customer service, driving performance and cohesion.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices in logistics, inventory, and fulfillment.

  • Work on-site in Los Angeles four days a week, with occasional travel within the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in-store rollouts and multi-location operations management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.

  • Expertise in 3PL logistics and warehouse operations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
