One thing she wish she would have known earlier in her career? “The importance of networking and making connections. Amy Liu went from a “safe” consulting job to a beauty intern to the founder of her own emerging brand. Her advice to women entering the industry? “Practice collaboration over competition. Beauty has always been full of women, but lacked equal representation at the executive level.”
