Designer – Luxury Womenswear & Bridal

Now hiring a designer for our client who is a boutique fashion house, specializing in bespoke bridal and womenswear crafted in the US. Known for its modern romanticism, fine tailoring, and extraordinary attention to detail. The ideal candidate is collaborative, hands-on, and deeply experienced in garment construction, embellishment design, and the full lifecycle of creating couture-level collections. This is an in-person, full-time position requiring a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a sharp eye for color, proportion, and fabric.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Design Director and team to develop new collections and bespoke pieces.

• Participate in mood development, sketching, surface design, and textile/trim sourcing.

• Design and develop prints, embroidery, and embellishments.

• Attend and contribute to fittings, revising designs based on feedback.

• Work directly with the in-house atelier to ensure pieces meet brand standards.

• Assist in sourcing materials and communicating with local vendors.

• Contribute to studio organization and sample development.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–6 years of professional design experience in luxury fashion.

• Degree in Fashion Design (BFA or AAS).

• Strong knowledge of couture garment construction and textile application.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); InDesign and Fresco a plus.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-touch studio environment.

• An eye for refined detailing and dedication to maintaining the brand’s design vision.

• Full-time, on-site: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM (with seasonal flexibility for events).
