Team PRTNR: What We’re Focusing on in Q3

This quarter, the team traveled everywhere from New York to London for our team offsite in Venice, California. We had a great time meeting with clients, bonding and working together.

While our team does work remotely, to work together in the same place at the same time is so productive. When we had questions, we could look at the other person and get answers right away. We could brainstorm new ideas who to reach out to and network with, which was so valuable (and fun!). Our goal for Q3 is to continue meeting in person as often as we can while also focusing on team growth opportunities.

Another priority for PRTNR in Q3 is perfecting our new applicant tracking system. The new company we’ve been working with has been supporting all of our customization and are in constant communication with us about where they are and next steps. They let us know when they are not going to be able to do something instead of just saying yes, which is something we pride ourselves on too!

This system allows us to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to streamlining the hiring process. It also provides AI analytics-based insights that enhances our ability to understand our candidates and how their skills match the specifics of the roles we are presenting to them.

Lastly, in Q3, we’d love to expand our network to brands in the fashion, health and beauty spaces that are LGBTQ+ founded. Understanding the brand's values, missions, and any specific initiatives related to diversity and inclusion is not only important to us, but top-tier candidates in the field. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our collective success.
